I feel like I do a pretty good job keeping my workout routines changing, mostly because my Pilates studio offers several different types of classes. In that one space, I do pilates, yoga, and TRX. My cardio routine consists of training for a 10k and, when my schedule permits, going to tae kwon do. Still, it's always a good idea to try new things. So, at Spark Coach's urging, here is how I will mix up my routines:
Cardio: Add swimming once a week for cardio. I'll have to find a pool near me, but will start going on Tuesdays.
Strength: I will start the 100 push ups program and do that Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
