I seem to be very good at working out...then suddenly stopping for a while ...then back to working out...then stopping...and then back to working out...see the cycle?
So, I'm on the positive part of the cycle, back to working out. I really, really need to try to stick with it. So many reasons why i want to lose the weight. and all are good and beneficial, especially the health reasons.
but this semester has kept me busy and very tired and very overwhelmed. I'm officially in the Social Work program and have a full load, with 5 classes and lots of school/homework. If I pass all my classes and keep up the required GPA I can graduate next August 2014. So close! But the classes are not easy that's for sure.
I think working out has helped me sleep a bit better and helping with my stress as well. if that makes sense.
I am just going to keep trying ...and trying. One day, it'll stick, the workout and having a routine and it'll be second nature. Until that day, I'll have to keep working on working out!!
