Day Four of Spark Streak DONE! On to day 5 - 95 Days Until Summer

Not a whole lot of time to Spark today but wanted to stop in and let my future self know how did I do on the trifecta of tracking, water and fitness....and if you are interested also, here are the results:

Tracking habit: Stayed within calorie limit. Went out to eat so fat got a little out of range, but I'm going to give myself a pass.

So... emoticon

Water habit: I am drinking and drinking water to beat the band. emoticon

Fitness habit: Yesterday was a busy, busy day Saturday. No time for gym, so I went down the basement and did what I could when I could. Walk/jogged the dogs a bit also although it was COLD!! Logged 40 minutes. so... emoticon

So, Streaking for Four Days? DONE!

Welcome to Day 5 and 95 Days left until Summer!!

Today, Day 5 I've been to the gym already (have not tracked it, but will) and out to a restaurant for dinner AGAIN tonight (my life is so hard!) but I have a plan for dinner.

    Streaking is such a motivation boost! I'm trying to continue my tracking streak at the moment, it keeps me accountable.

    Love your countdown to summer. It's getting me motivated! Time for more side bends and situps - wouldn't hurt to tone up a little before beach weather, right?!
