Not a whole lot of time to Spark today but wanted to stop in and let my future self know how did I do on the trifecta of tracking, water and fitness....and if you are interested also, here are the results:
Tracking habit: Stayed within calorie limit. Went out to eat so fat got a little out of range, but I'm going to give myself a pass.
Water habit: I am drinking and drinking water to beat the band.
Fitness habit: Yesterday was a busy, busy day Saturday. No time for gym, so I went down the basement and did what I could when I could. Walk/jogged the dogs a bit also although it was COLD!! Logged 40 minutes. so...
So, Streaking for Four Days? DONE!

Today, Day 5 I've been to the gym already (have not tracked it, but will) and out to a restaurant for dinner AGAIN tonight (my life is so hard!) but I have a plan for dinner.
