wholefoods date

Yesterday after work I spent time with my bf and we went to wholefoods , so sounds a bit weird but we had a whole foods date emoticon

Last time we went there was about 7 months ago and it was really had to get my bf to warm up to the store and we left with him saying how expensive it is and it wasnt a good time.

This time it was different I think because my bf can see how I really want to make a lifestyle change and I really want this .. badly .

I was extremely happy to see that everything I had wanted to try was available though I am not sure why I felt like that because I knew that if I wanted a certain product that wholefoods would be the place to go to .
Seeing is believing I guess.

I picked up some amy's products, got some bananas and oranges . Also we picked up some soup and pasta tofu salad. It was amazing ! Like my tummy is super excited and cant wait till we eat there again .

All together we spend $65 dollars and it was enough food for 2 weeks for my self and picked up a few things for the bf and dinner was included in that price and we had like 4 hot/cold food items for dinner that we shared and had left overs for today emoticon

I have shopped at FoodLand Market and spend the same if not more and I didnt come out with that much food.

So shopping trip success.

Next shopping trip is on the 29th Good Friday . I am off and so is my bf so I am thinking we will probably go to wholefoods early in the day and get it out of the way .
What surprised me was how many people was at the store and we went at about 7ish . I like how they open late and open early .

Planning out some meals , to food shop there with.

So yeah car also has a full tank of gas and i have about $25 in the wallet till payday . Again I still dont regret my choice to pay all my bills now instead of later. Happy camper.

April my bf and I have our birthdays coming up . I think I am going to just get him clothes. he mentioned he was interested in getting a moutain bike but I really havnt seen his interested in exercising yet so I personally dont feel comfy buyin something like that.
Clothes and a new hat it is .

The month is almost over and I have some new goals as well as old goals for next month . Today I'm going to write them out and think about them a bit more .

I actually have a new goal for this year that I would have never guessed I would want but still thinking about it and keeping it to my self for now. I told my bf and he seems down with it but then again he supports anything I want to do as long as it makes me happy . lol blessed i am .

I am doing the 30 day squat challenge today is day 4 , rest day .

happy about rest day ! lol

Hope everybody is having a great weekend , i am currently at work and today is my thursday . 1 more day and its my friday ! :)

65 dollars for two weeks worth of food from Whole Foods is down right amazing.

I have been shopping at whole foods for over a year and have just recently made the decision to stop shopping there. Its it just way to expensive for me right now and its hard for me to justify spending that kind of money when I'm not really in a position to.

So I am truly impressed you definitely have some skills!

Wow - $65.00 for 2 weeks of food AND dinner + leftovers from Whole Foods - you are my hero now! I spend more than $50.00 every time I go there to just try to buy a few items. I need to follow your shopping list!!
You are just doing great. Keep up the good work and keep on setting those goals!

I think when we plan out and make healthier choices, food shopping is not as expensive, no matter where you shop. Glad you made a event out of shopping. I wish there was a whole foods closer to my side of the Island, but I do pretty good with Down to Earth.
