"Burning a Hole" and my first healthaversary/Spark

Here's today's entry, "Burning a Hole". It's not nearly as exciting as the other entry I'm linking to here, but I'd love some feedback if anyone has any ideas!

AND I simply CANNOT believe I forgot to post this in here!!! I had my first healthaversary (and coincidentally, my first Sparkaversary) on February 25th. I blogged about the year, including some of my favorite highlights. It's filled with pics and happiness!

    I would consider the possibility that the simple carbs in the pizza are tempting your body to eat more...have you tried eating whole grains for breakfast/lunch to ward of cravings? I find that some rolled or steel cut oats early in the day really fill me up and give me some more willpower for afternoon and evening eating... anyway, whether it's psychological or physiological, I am sure you will figure some way around it. At least you are in your cal range ~ that is an important step away from that all-or-nothing mindset.

  congrats on your 1st year . In February I also celebrated my first spark year. It has been a year of many ups and downs but a great experience
