Be Safe! Happy you are sticking to your plan, when stress is released, the weight should go down. In the meantime, drink half your weight in ounces of water a day and half your weight in grams of protein a day( most are 7 grams per ounces cooked). Also, helps to get some ground flax seed in daily, up to 1/4 cup daily. I eat two fruit servings a day and 5 cups of vegetables most days. I like smoothies or grated raw veggies mixed into salads or meats/fish/poultry (meatloaf,salmon salad/chicken salad). You will do fine, keep up what your doing healthwise and exercise plan.
