This week I lost two pounds. How did I do it? For me jumping on the scale is misery or joy or just a great big addiction. This week I put it under the bed and I didn't get on it from Sunday to Sunday. That's right, I weighed myself once a week.
Exercising has become a routine and instead of emphasizing the scale, I have decided to get eating well within my calorie range as automatic as exercising is. I found the spark calendar under the pounds lost reporter on the left side of my home page. It gives me a gold star each time I stay in my calorie range. This week I got two gold stars. (The other days were too high by about two hundred calories but I did exercise a lot). Next week, I will work at 4 gold stars instead of jumping on the scale.
Overall? I'm having a great lifestyle, eating properly and exercising. Sugar down, easier to move.
