Weekly Food Prep
Chicken & Shirataki Rice Soup

Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili w/ Butternut Squash

Cut up & frozen leftover strawberries for smoothies
1 dozen hard-boiled eggs
Hummus + Cut veggies
Grain-free Carrot Cake w/ Coconut Cream Icing

Meal plan for the week includes...
*Thai Fish in Foil
& Steamed Snow Peas
*Turkey Burgers w/ Avocado, Steamed Artichokes, and Chipotle Sweet Potato Fries

*Thai Green Curry with Shrimp
, Brown Jasmine Rice
*Chicken Parmesan w/ Spaghetti Squash (breaded with quinoa flakes instead of wheat)

*Stuffed Cabbage Rolls recipes.sparkpeop
(I am using 1 lb grass-fed ground sirloin, 1 cup lentils, and 1 cup brown rice for the filling, replacing crisco/margarine with olive oil and adding diced onion and parsley).

    Wow, what a diverse menu! I wish I could eat more variety without having to deal with minor allergic reactions. If I eat shrimp, legumes, potatoes, and cruciferous veggies.... it is instant weight gain! :(

    This is a good idea ... thanks for the inspiration. I am pretty good about doing weekend prep but never thought about doing like this. I couldn't get the link for grain-free carrot cake to work.
