So if you read my last entry, you'll know today is the day my new reward system to get back on track begins! I've logged on, I've got my pedometer clipped to my hip and I'm on a roll. I've lost 3 pounds since my return and I'm looking forward to my journey.
Tonight I'm having a St. Patrick's Day mini Dinner party with 100% spark recipes and I can't wait to see what my guest thinks (its only my boyfriend, one of my best friends, and myself). I told my BF all he has to do is help remind me to log on during the weekends. I'm not as worried about meeting my goals as I am with getting logged on to track. I found that the more you track the goals kind of evolve with the tracking because of the increased awareness.
Today is a good day and I'm thankful for it! Well I need to go clean my apartment and get into the kitchen. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!
