Week Eight

Last weeks recap:

190 fitness minutes - I only got to 110; not too shabby though.
2 servings of veggies/day - Done!

I started the Spring into Shape challenge yesterday as well as the burn phase of my 24 day challenge. I like having the daily accountability and being in a group where everyone is doing the same thing. This week is my spring break so I have plenty of time and no excuses to skip workouts or eat unhealthy meals.

Weekly goals:

Complete daily bootcamp video - Each one is around 10 minutes long
Complete 5 cardio workouts of 30 minutes each - I may do some shorter and longer but will aim for 150 cardio minutes this week
Three servings of veggies per day - Bumping it up from last week

    Aww man! I seriously wish I had seen this blog post on Sunday. This week is my spring break also, and I would have started this with you. I actually find it harder to do well with fitness and nutrition when I'm at home for the break. Glad to see you're doing well. This really let's me know that I don't have any excuses either! lol Good job!
