Happy St. Pat's!
Remember to drink, and eat, responsibly today. Don't forget to exercise.
I was feeling really good yesterday, I'm almost completely done with my cold. AND, I guess because I tried so hard with my food last week, I did see the 186.6! I was so happy. That's the lowest yet. A few more pounds, and I'll weigh less than I have in five years. Come on 170s!
