Not much to say this week. I failed on every level. Fast food, no exercise, you name it, I did it. Except for drink. Which I'll probably do today. I wonder if the nutrition tracker tracks vodka. Anyway, I didn't do what I planned, but managed to lose 0.6 pounds anyway. Don't ask me how or why, that's just what the scale said yesterday. I'm not in the best of moods at the moment, which I'm sure you can all tell already. I'm just not having an easy time with something and it's something that I don't want to talk about. It just isn't. I can't give you a reason why. But anyway, I will make this short and cut out now. I hope all is doing well.

Tomorrow is your chance to begin again. The past week is over. That setback is not going to determine your future. Have a good week! :)

Don't get down on yourself. Every second is a new chance to make good choices. What has happened already doesn't matter. Don't stop now.

Part of the process is the bumps in the road I think. You're allowed to have bad days/weeks as long as you only let them be bad days/weeks, not let them drag you totally down permanently. That's amazing that you still were able to lose even when you weren't on track - so instead of being upset with yourself about what you didn't achieve this week, maybe you need to celebrate (vodka included of course) the fact that you are awesome and you were still able to lose even when you weren't at your best.

Keep up the hard work, you can do it! It might not be overnight but it will be worth it in so many ways.

It is a process and we don't always do well. Don't think failure and if you get back up that is a success! Angie emoticon emoticon

Remember this journey is one step forward and two steps back. Each day we have a new road to travel down, with many obstacles in our way. I know you can do this. Pick your self up, brush yourself off, and get back on the road again.
