Hello again...home from church and meetings and lunch done and time to chat with the bears...This is a painting by Jean Monti - and I thought it fit the symbolism of the Teddy bear team as a whole, holding onto the little team of Polar bears with in it.
Just a little bit of fun and beauty for the day. So proud and happy to be in this challenge with y'all.
Expanding my recipe collection - especially the smoothies i introduced last week ... Just bought spinach, romaine lettuce and butter lettuce at the store and also one package of frozen chopped spinach to experiment with... plus a couple oranges, apples, pears and of course the standard banana... Blood work came back with higher cholesterol and blood sugar paired with higher blood pressure is forcing me to work even harder at this and thankful for Sparks help in action already. HEALTH...Here i come even if I am 64 years old!!! steadfastly Determined to win this battle. who is with me???
