The improvements that I have made in my journey so far are good. I am able to exercise for longer periods of time. I go for longer walks, I can run and play with my grandchildren, and I am very motivated. When I first started my journey I was lucky to do 10 min of exercise. I was tired often and wanted to take a nap. That doesn't happen very often any more. I always am looking for fresh fruits and veggies and healthier cuts of meats. I still have snacks, sometimes even candy or a hand full of chips but I always record them on my tracker. This keeps me in respective of what I am doing and consuming.
