Improvements I have made!

The improvements that I have made in my journey so far are good. I am able to exercise for longer periods of time. I go for longer walks, I can run and play with my grandchildren, and I am very motivated. When I first started my journey I was lucky to do 10 min of exercise. I was tired often and wanted to take a nap. That doesn't happen very often any more. I always am looking for fresh fruits and veggies and healthier cuts of meats. I still have snacks, sometimes even candy or a hand full of chips but I always record them on my tracker. This keeps me in respective of what I am doing and consuming.

    Sounds like you have a great plan going. I, too, remember when I couldn't do 10 min. on the elliptical, but no problem anymore. It is amazing when we take it slow and easy, how quickly we are on our way to a healthy lifestyle.

    AWESOME! Thats so good! I really think it's good how you eat right and yet you still have some sweet and oily stuff at times but with moderation's. That is a great way to not fall off the wagon. I know what you mean about having more energy and not getting burnt out too quick like before. Good luck on your journey and Keep doing what your doing! :)
