What's in store for me this week ~ March 17 - 23

~ awaken at sunrise & create an invigorating morning routine
~ practice at least 20 min of yoga
~ take deep breaths throughout the day
~ drink at least 3 cups of green tea
~ 13,500 steps
~ plan my meals
~ keep an open mind
~ sit at the dinner table and pay attention to my meal
~ meditate in the morning & right before bed
~ embrace uncertainty
~ journal thoughts and feelings
~ smile often
~ organize my home
~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack today
~ take a walk after dinner

emoticon Be careful about how you approach any kind of tense situation today, unless you want to get involved in arguments! Your urge to step in and help someone is admirable, but unwise. It is best to let other people handle their dramas, even if you are somewhat involved. Unless you started the fight, you can't get involved in ending it. Surrounding yourself with peace and quiet is a much healthier and pleasant goal for this day. So if the fur starts flying, head for greener pastures.
emoticon OMGoodness ~ I can't believe what my horoscope read this morning (above - not that I believe in what it reads but sometimes it's interesting to see how close it comes to how my day unfolded or what I was feeling that day ~ it's my entertainment). There was so much drama and worry and a little bit of craziness between my son, his girlfriend, and myself last night. I didn't get much sleep and I still feel the residuals of all that drama ~ not sure what got resolved yet but it's out of my hands, mostly. I just want the ring & key and I'll support whatever else happens.
