What works for me.. short term goals!

My new way of looking at changing my lifestyle is to create small challenges and goals.. I am regularly weighing in weekly and now on a 5 week challenge til my anniversary.

My brain seems to "like" this thinking rather than my normal.. 40 pounds off right away...

Feels good...
