Week 2 Day 2

Still doing well. Continuing this week with the clean eating and increase in protein (because I am a carb-oholic and tend not to eat enough protein). I don't know if it's a mind set or real but I don't seem as exhausted as I have normally been the last few months. Last week I haven't been coming home from work completely spent, so maybe it's the decrease in sugars and processed stuff, or maybe it's all in my head. We shall see.
I'm still going to the gym and am sticking with the bike and doing an hour each time along with a little strength training.
I did lose some weight last week which was great and I have lost some inches from a few months back, so that's all good. I'm staying positive and motivated. Yay!
