Ten weeks! Ten weeks! Ten weeks?
I can totally do this!
Step 1...get off but and run
Step 2....tone down zumba and body combat so I will still be in one piece after this
Step 3....talk to nutritionist about knees
Step 4....do not die
I also joined a spring challenge for weight loss on here, and am a lovely member of the sprinkling lilacs...
And I double dipped and joined a 70 day challenge at the gym. Biggest loser by percentage gets a free year member ship...you better believe I'm in!
It's almost 7 am and my knees, feet, and legs hurt...not to mention my back and I burnt my wrist on the plates....
But suprisingly in a good mood...(yea, it won't stay much longer) ...so lets head off to do maple weekend day 2
