I'm starting to realize that a lot of my motivation for my weight loss is involving lots of buttons.
I turn on my computer and read my favorite articles and go to Sparkpeople for more energy.
I have my 'fancy' Striiv pedometer, which I really enjoy using.
I press the little 'on' button on that little device and I am on a mission all day.
. I have my small Ipod, push play on that and I'm moving so, It keeps me going strong,without my music, the gym would be so boring.
Lately, I've been exercising at home. I've been using my dvd and game system.
Some of my workouts: Insanity.
Zumba is so much fun.
and I love to push play to my EA Active Sports personal trainer series...
I have so many favorites that keeps me pressing 'play' and keeps me moving..
The Goal I have been working on for the past couple of weeks was my water intake and wow I didn't even know there was something for that issue too. I found this
cool app, *Water Your Body, you can have for phone..tablet..etc.. that encourages you to drink your water. I can feel a difference now that I have been getting all my water in and I know that this is helping with my weight loss.
I'm going to keep pushing these little buttons because they are helping me to shed those unwanted pounds and I'm feeling in shape....
as long as no one is trying to push my buttons ...
