For Saturday:
1) A blue smoothie and a green one
2) Ate 12 servings of fruits and veggies
3) C25K for 30 minutes
4) Strength training
5) Studied Chinese
I'm not sure where Friday went--I must have forgot to track =(
But for Saturday, I started the day out by going to the SAC with April and we both did cardio plus strengthening, then home again to pick up all the kids and we celebrated Dominic's 15th birthday today by taking him roller skating--the whole family went this time!! then out to eat at Golden Coral. I love eating there because I can eat lots and lots of fresh fruit and veggies and I don't have to wash it our cut it up ha ha
Also, today I got the applications in for financial aid for the fall, for me and for Tony. I am going to owe the national debt in loans--I don't get any grants now =(
This summer I am going to take 17 credits. I don't know how that's going to go, but if I do well it is going to be one productive summer!!!
