Today my daughter had a craving for fish sticks
So, she tried to make her own: as the subject line promised, mashed up a few tins of sardines (lots of good Omega-3s there), mixed them with some egg and coconut flour, and baked what I'd more accurately call "fish rolls." My, but our kitchen was aromatic.
Didn't taste half-bad; my daughter gave it a "B."
My question is, does anyone have a good recipe for making your own fish sticks-rolls-bite-sized whatchamacallits?
