Ready for this week to be over!

Saturday, March 16, 2013

On top of my daughter being sick, my husband away for work, parent teacher conferences and my cat passing away, I am ready for this week to be over. I didn't get my workouts in like I normally do and I wasn't consistent with my tracking. Plus there was a few nights of eating out, but I feel I made the proper choices, but none of the restaurants had nutritional menus so I really don't know how many calories I ate. Tomorrow I should burn a few calories going to the laundry mat and catching up on the house cleaning. On the bright side I did lose 2 pounds today. I changed my weigh-ins to be on Saturday for a challenge on one of my spark teams. I will definitely have to get my butt in gear to reach my goal for next Saturdays weigh-in. I am also happy that my daughter is feeling better, she is still getting over her cold, but is no longer dealing with fevers.
And I miss my cat a great deal. I haven't been this upset since about the age of 13 when my dog passed away. This was just a poopy week :(

I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost kitties as well and it's always hard to say goodbye to wonderful pets. I'm proud of how you've handled the difficult week though! Even if you can't be perfect, still making the best choices you can is going to make a difference and help you become successful in the long run!
