On top of my daughter being sick, my husband away for work, parent teacher conferences and my cat passing away, I am ready for this week to be over. I didn't get my workouts in like I normally do and I wasn't consistent with my tracking. Plus there was a few nights of eating out, but I feel I made the proper choices, but none of the restaurants had nutritional menus so I really don't know how many calories I ate. Tomorrow I should burn a few calories going to the laundry mat and catching up on the house cleaning. On the bright side I did lose 2 pounds today. I changed my weigh-ins to be on Saturday for a challenge on one of my spark teams. I will definitely have to get my butt in gear to reach my goal for next Saturdays weigh-in. I am also happy that my daughter is feeling better, she is still getting over her cold, but is no longer dealing with fevers.
And I miss my cat a great deal. I haven't been this upset since about the age of 13 when my dog passed away. This was just a poopy week :(
