I highlighted what got done for the day.
Tuesday was a bust. The tough workday zapped all the energy out of me. Getting home and eating didn't help in the motivation department either. I was too full to yoga or jog.
Wednesday I was frustrated at work, I left early to get in a 15 minute jog before the 12pm Body Pump class. I thought it would help shake the frustration, but it didn't. At the end of the workday I took a nap, feeling ok about it since the workout was in the bag already.
Thursday really shouldn't have been a rest day.
I'm embarrassed to admit this, but ... I had a lunch-truck hotdog for lunch and my stomach was SO unhappy to digest such an awful "meal". I had to spare the Crunch Time class and the Yogis.
Friday I took out my frustration of my poor lunch choice the previous day on the treadmill. (Almost 3.5 miles).
Today, I spent some quality time with the boyfriend. The sun was shining, birds were singing...Spring was in the air (without the allergy symptoms!). Great day.
Crazy hard week in terms of getting the workouts in, but no regrets.

I'm giving myself the rest day option everyday (except Sunday).
Thanks to my girl BLITZEN40 for the idea. She made the comment that she'd circle rest day everyday if she scheduled her workouts this way. I want to see how much I can trust myself NOT to take the rest day option everyday. It'll be there if I really need to take it though. Seeing how I didn't have to work today, I'm no psychic, but I already foresee some very long work days next week.
