This morning was the final weigh-in for the Transformation Challenge at the gym. Next week the winner will be announced. I am pretty sure I didn't win, I have been in the middle of the pack throughout the contest. However, my trainer said he could set his clock by me because I was so consistent -- every week I lost 1-2 pounds.
Today, I finished a couple of sewing projects....hemming the wedding dress and the baby quilt. What was nice about the quilt, I didn't have to go buy anything -- everything was from my stash including the binding which was leftover from a bigger project.

2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...take a nap
