Im hungry, like really hungry. But I have like 100 calories left in my "range". I know this part of losing weight sucks, and I know it passes, but it is SO hard right now. ugh
I so understand how you feel. It's so hard to stay within your limits! What I do, is when I feel like that is drink more water throughout the day. It helps to keep you fuller. I don't know if anyone else said that but if they did, they won't disagree with me. Stay strong you can do this. And if you go over, don't beat yourself up for it. You just need to refocus and start again. You can do this!
I usually fill up on fruit of veggies within that range and then just drink alot of water to help fill the rest. I like to use fuji apples myself but its what i like. good luck all you have to do is believe in yourself! You can do it =)
I totally understand!!! I really want carbs too! But right now they are really not working for me and they are a trigger food, meaning I want( and do) binge on the food. So it is only quinoa for me right now. I feel your pain! I try to eat a lot of salad to fill me up and drink a lot.
