8-Minute Cardio Intervals Workout
Yes I know it was a short video but I did the video.
Ate within my calories today and drank tons of water.
Quilted most of the day got 2/3 of my One Block Wonder top done.
Hopefully will hit the pool tomorrow morning and then off to a Guild show and then finish the last 1/3 of my top. Luckily I have the fabric in my stash for the 2 inner borders and will just need to buy fabric for the outer border.
Off to read for a bit.
