Did ya miss me?? :) We went out of town this week for spring break. It was fun, but I'm glad to be home and back to my routine. Eating out every meal has killed my waistline and my bank account. I didn't get any intentional exercise in, but was very active with the kids. Have a 5k coming up 4/20 and I'd like to break 30:00. That is going to take some serious work!
Sunday
Dinner - Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots. I look forward to this every St. Patrick's Day. Bought extra so I will have plenty for lunch this week.
Workout - 50 minute kettlebell dvd, short fast run
Monday
Dinner - Stromboli, tomato soup, raw veggies. I layer lunch meat and cheese on canned pizza dough. Roll it up and bake it. YUM!
Workout - 3 mile run
Tuesday
Dinner - Roasted chicken legs/thighs, potatoes, okra. I heard from a friend that she bakes her breaded okra in the oven to save the calories from frying it. I can't wait to try it!
Workout - 50 minute kettlebell dvd
Wednesday
Dinner - baked chicken fajitas, raw veggies. Trying the Budget Bites recipe for the Maintainer's Team recipe game. Watch for the review!
