6 Reasons Why You feel Exhausted
This article was great and the most important thing in this article to me was to take some time out for myself. We are always busy during the day and sometimes we forget to take a little time out for us by either relaxing a moment or to meditate and have some quiet time alone.
Habits of Fit People: Listen to your Body
This article pointed out some great facts about your body by saying you should listen to your body when it tells you itís tired, hungry, stressed or sick. We should also listen to our bodies when itís sore, injured or exhausted. These are signs that we need to cut back on our workout routine and let the body heal.
Feel Better and Get Fitter by Spring:
This article made me very happy because I am looking forward to spring. This winter has been brutal and the nice spring weather would be great. This article gave some tips about how to fit 10 minutes of exercise into your day and to keep a streak going into the spring.
