Computer problems and a question.

My computer has been acting up so I have had a hard time getting on the last couple of days. It is fixed now....I hope. I am doing great, it is easier everyday to pass on the bad stuff. Only thing I am having trouble with is salt. It is sneaky and slips into things without you realizing it is there. I had no idea how much salt is in the stuff I was eating. At any rate I am pushing forward.
Now, I have a question for anyone who may have an opinion....Atkins? I know several people who have used it and swear it is the only way to go, others say that it isn't healthy and causes health problem that you otherwise would not have. Any opinions?

    Thanks for the information. I am losing doing what I am doing so I was reluctant to switch anyway. I just needed to see if it was me being stubborn or if other people had an opinion. Thanks again. emoticon

    Personally I like WW. I don't want to eliminate any food group because I wanted to learn to eat in a way that I would be able to eat for the rest of my life. It wasn't until I got past the need to just "get the weight off so I could figure out what to do next" attitude, and found that the training for "what comes next" is founded in the period I was losing. I tried Atkins many years ago, and living in ketosis is NOT a healthy way to live.
