Finally, a blog!

So... I haven't blogged in a while. Probably because I've been eating a lot of candy. A lot. But I'm trying to get back under control.

The good news is that I haven't broken my exercising streak! 75 Days!!! I want to at least make it through March, and see how it goes from there. :) I'm also trying to push myself more in my workouts, especially the strength training.

Here we have my cats modeling my old weights, which I mainly started working with last summer, and my new weights, which I've worked out with once so far. :)

    WOW! Isn't it great to see how far you have come with the difference in weights! That's very inspiring!

Baby steps should help get you back on track with the diet. We ALL hit speed bumps along the journey. You clearly are a strong person, inside and can do it!
