3 1/2 weeks left of BLC:
*4 more weigh-ins
*4 more LCW's
*3 more TNT's
*3 more weekend challenges
*21 more days for my exercise STREAK
*24 more days to FOCUS on tracking my food

This weekend I decided to expand on my plan for the upcoming week. Lately, I have been a bit discouraged and disheartened by what the scale has been showing me every week, so I decided until the scale starts showing me the results of ALL my hard work, I am going to FOCUS on staying accountable to my plan.

~Sunday-treamill running/walking, or zumba for 60 minutes
~Monday-cardio ST or P90x ST for 60 minutes
~Tuesday-swimming laps for 90-110 minutes
~Wednesday- weigh-in and rest
~Thursday-TNT-total body ST paired with cardio, total time 60 minutes
~Friday-swimming laps for 90-110 minutes
~Saturday-cardio ST or P90x ST for 60 minutes

emoticon I would like to start incorporating Yoga into at least 1-2 days with the above schedule.

emoticonI have made my menu for the next 2 weeks, and shopped to get the ingredients for this weekend. I will have to go shopping again Mon. or Tues. for the rest of the week.

emoticon I have been struggling with tracking my food for quite some time. Last round, I really didn't see much of a change in weight with tracking ALL the time, so I started feeling a bit discouraged by it. My plan for the next several weeks is to start slow again, and track at least 3 days during the week.

emoticon I am going to continue with my water streak of drinking at least 8 cups of water daily. I am so close to 800 straight days on my STREAK!

emoticon In order to stay accountable, I will have to follow-up with this plan. I am going to check back with these goals every week, and give myself a grade for each area of my plan!
