Well I had two days off and that wasn't so bad. I got alot done yestarday in all my goals, and some other stuff. I got in a nice long walk outside while the weather was still nice. Then in late afternoon, early evening it started to snow again. We got quite a bit of snow, not a whole lot, but enough. I went way over the 2000 mark. A little thing called barbecue chicken wings. It's interesting how something so small can have so many calories.
My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 mintues of reading
15 mintues of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories, or below the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise. Boy is my typing lousy tonight.
