where has the time gone???

Saturday, March 16, 2013

I was just noticing the date on my last blog.
And the topic. poison people. Its so hard not to let these people infect your life.
People that know me , know that I am a positive person.
Always looking for the good in everything. even the bad stuff.
There is always, always a glimmer of goodness and hope in everything.
so last July, (yes, it s been that long) the poison people inflicted one strike too many.
it was all too much to bear for my partner. They have made a point and seem fixated on ruining him. and they nearly succeeded. It was so overwhelming for him to deal with that he nearly took his own life. ( I am not going into details today) but it was a HUGE HUGE wakeup call for all of us.
we knew we were struggling trying to "ignore" these poison people, but this has crossed the line in a big way.
so here I am nearly 8 months later and we are still dealing with the aftermath of what happened. taking things one day at a time. Thats all we can do.
Focus on our children and keeping each other safe.
Supporting those who need it and praying that life will get better, and one day we will be free to live a "normal" life. whatever that may be.
There are many life challenges that we face, and whatever those challenges are for you.

Keep smiling and keep believing in yourself.
We are all stronger than we think

i try to avoid the poison people also. it's hard to understand how they get so much pleasure out of hurting other people. i hold to the belief that karma will get them in the end, although i sometimes wish karma was a little faster.
