I've tried (for short periods of time) to lose weight before, but I'm REALLY trying to stay committed this time! This is week two of exercising regularly and week one of my meal plan. I'm on the Curves Complete program, but I've decided that I'm going to track calories on sparkpeople instead of completely following the meal plan. It was just too frustrating! Maybe I'll try to stick with it next week! Anyway, I worked out at Curves 4 times last week and 5 times this week. I also walked on the treadmill today. I'm going to try to convince myself to do this 3 times per week, but it's hard because the treadmill is soooo boring! After week 1 (just exercise), I lost half a pound. Next weigh-in is in 2 days. That'll tell me more about how to tweak my meal plan. Let's hope this works!
