Slowly But Surely

It seems that despite a conscious eating style and moderate workout-at least half an hour-I am losing weight much slower that the first weeks,which is ok,I know my body is adjusting to lower calories and naturaly weight loss gets slower.What I have learned from past weight loss experiences,is that if you lose fast,you never get the new eating habits to deeply ingrain in you and zap,back to wrong eating.So I am positive I am on the right track and will stick to it! emoticon

    Thank you Diet Safari ! I try to keep the protein level above 70!

    I agree, but I seem to lose more if I keep my protein above 70g.
Slow enough to be healthy, fast enough to keep motivated.
