This was a week where at first I wasn't feeling too awesome. However, it is ending on a high note! I have a new scale from Fitbit. I was scared to get on it. First, I got on my old scale, which read 160.5 pounds. I was so excited! Then, I got on the new one and it said 161.4 pounds. I'm still excited! My goal is to be out of 160-ville by the end of the month!
Yesterday, I blogged that I started the C25K this week. Tomorrow, I start Week #2. I feel so good for accomplishing Week #1. Today, I did a 4-mile fitness walk with a Spark Buddy. We got it done in about an hour! I definitely reached my 10000 steps goal with Fitbit. It felt good being around the people dressed up to celebrate St. Patty's Day! We made a goal to run the Shamrock Walk & Run next year!
Later on, I will be doing my strength training DVD along with stretching. Then, I will be taking a hot bath to soak in! After this week, a hot bath is what I need!
Despite what you may be going through, don't let it distract you from the goals you want to reach! Since November 2012, I have finally lost over 20 pounds! WooHoo!
