BLC 17: WUB #8- Fitness Plan and Inches/Pounds Lost

This is the final week of BLC 17! I have mixed feelings on this. I love my team-mates and I'm sad to break up the Vipers, but on the other hand, I have been a lousy leader the past couple of weeks. Life has just gotten in the way of too much Sparking. I've completed the challenges and stuck to my calories and exercise, but I just haven't had much time for any of the socialization, encouragement, etc. that I think is a super important aspect of SparkPeople!

My fitness (and nutrition) plan has been revised since my husband and I decided that we are going to try for baby #3. I have gone from rebounding (mini-trampoline) with thoughts of starting to jog again, to using my recumbent bike for 35-45 minutes a day, 7 days a week. I really like using the bike, and because I use the time to catch up on TV shows that are on my DVR, I look forward to the time (I've been so busy that my DVR has like 60 hours of things that I haven't gotten the chance to watch).

My weight loss has drastically slowed down, and although I know that there are things that I could do to increase my weight loss (cut calories, increase exercise), I'm just not willing to do them at this point. I think I have reached a place where I am okay with the fact that I'm losing weight very slowly because it is still going down. Plus, the fact that I have been able to stay on plan, even when I'm not losing a lot of weight, is proof that I really have changed my lifestyle and that this is something that I can do long term!

Total Inches: 264.5
Total Inches Lost: -8 inches since week 1!

Plus, I've lost 12.2 pounds! Not too shabby!

69.4 pounds down, 37.6 pounds to go!

    I was looking at your beginning measurements and they are almost identical to mine! You have been killing the weight loss and I am so proud of how well you do! Your routine is going to make pregnancy so much easier than it would have been had you gotten pregnant seventy pounds ago. I can't wait until the day comes when you can get your little girl (crossing my fingers)/
