I'm at a plateau, I didn't realize how much it upsets me

emoticon I am doing everything I should be far as fitness and nutrition. Maybe I need to add a few more calories to my diet but I really need a jump start or a kick in the patooty lol. I think I have walked around the US and back but no change. I am limited to doing only a few exercises due to an illness but I sure am able to walk. I try to walk 3 miles per day x 5 days a week. I thought this was good, but my weight loss is saying I need something else. Any suggestion are appreciated. Thanks Robin

    Check out the food/fitness counter, and fill in your weekly calories if you know what it is by your walking, It should adjust your daily calories. Perhaps you are not eating enough to keep your metabolism going. Read the site, and check it out. Don't forget your water. That is so important to kicking this in motion. My plateau has been unending it seems due to health issues. You can do it, Robin.
