Thanks for the input on my blog about drinking too much water.
I check with my Dr and he says that - based on the weight I've lost so far and last September's blood work up - I shouldn't be concerned about diabetes.
We'll do blood work again in September unless I have a sudden weight gain (which is it NOT gonna happen!)
So, I've cut back on my water intake in the evening, and taking on a sip when I get up at night. So far, I've slept better (longer). (Although, last night I had some of the weirdest dreams I've ever had!!!!
Hubby's home and it's gonna be a busy day . . . hopefully will include a ride so I can try out the newly upholstered passenger seat.
Let's hold on to our goals!!!
