A Fun Way to Get in Cardio

Today my quilty friends are coming over to go through the quilting stash I have amassed that I am now willing to admit I am not going to use again. Or EVER.
Yep, Patterns, fabrics, books....................seven boxes of stuff. And one of the boxes is a BIG one.
I have cleared out my quilt room finally, only keeping that which I really do want to work on. Or at least THINK I might want to work on.
There's tons of stuff I have no idea what I was thinking about when I just had to buy it. Duplicates of a lot of patterns (I must have REALLY liked them!) and duplicate books. No reason to hang on to it, and no reason to not pass it on to my friends who want it, right?
Now here's the good news! Putting all that stuff together for them took over four hours. I wasn't just moseying along, either. I actually broke out a sweat, and kept going.
Yeah, me. It was a great cardio workout, and I was even lifting weights. What fun and progress!!
