I'm going to give the pre-planned meal planner a try for a week to see how I do. I'm getting tired of trying to always think of something new to try, so I thought this might be a fun way to do it! I planned my week last night and then printed the shopping list right from the nutrition tracker! How easy is that!!?? I already had quite a few of the items, but it was fun shopping for the things I didn't have. One thing I noticed is that I went right by the snack aisle. I have been trying not to buy packaged snack items as it is, but by having the spark list it really kept me on track!
