I took a good look at my food journal and I think part of the problem is my sodium intake. I'm going to try to lower it and see if that helps. Otherwise, my food intake and activity levels all look good. I'm already feeling more energetic after a week and I'm ready and eager to go do something active!

  Yeah I know what you mean about the sodium. Subway can be high in sodium but their tuna sub is not that high in sodium compared to the rest of their subs.

  Yep sodium is that silent stalker.....keep it under 2000 mg per day and you will notice a big difference. Sodium causes water retention as well.

    I lowered my sodium and I slept better and felt better overall. Just a warning though, that first week your bathroom will be your friend. You'll lose a lot of water retention haha. Good luck with the sodium!
