Update

So i'm updating my goals. I did horrible on eating breakfast this week did not happen i ate breakfast today. So that is good. I have no problem waking up on time but i have been horrible at actually getting up so work in progress. Mirror challange i have not been keeping up with. So not good on all three back at it today though.

    Hope you are doing better with your goals this week. I have some of the same issues. My problem is trying to hard. I work out like a crazy person and then I feel wasted the next day. I am loosing weight but I could take a much easier route.

    I have not done very well on my goals either but tomorrow or this morning is another day and another opportunity go at it again! I actually drank plain water at the end of my trip to Dallas but it made me ill. I just hate the taste. I might need to change my goals and leave out the one's I know won't happen.

    You can do it! Getting up on time (the time I have picked anyways) is an area I am working on also. We are definitely in this one together, lol. I will be cheering you on as I avoid the snooze and get up on time this week. (that's the plan anyways, lol)

    Julie, I think you're just awesome for having a great attitude even when you don't succeed on your goal(s). You just keep trying and that says VOLUMES!!! Keep on keeping on and you WILL succeed, I know you will!!! And you did eat breakfast today!!! Woo Hoo for YOU!!!

    I say to focus on what you have accomplished already and not get down about what you didn't accomplish this week. I mean, look at your ticker! You've done amazing work, and from reading your previous blog, you've done it in a healthy way. Maybe it's ok not to eat breakfast right away. Maybe what will work for you is more of a mid-morning snack as your first food of the day. Do you think that would work? I don't like eating right away - I tend to eat about 1 1/2 hours after I get up.
