When I finally decided to become more healthy and active last August, I bought a couple of packets of little sticky digits at the office supplies shop. Then I unpeeled the figures of my weight that day (67.8 kilos) and stuck them on the tiles in my kitchen. Now every time I lose weight I stick the next row of figures under the previous one. If I am feeling iffy about what to eat - e.g. carrots versus cake - I have a good stare at those lovely little rows of sticky numbers and more often than not choose the healthy option!
