Truly, I am a number person and I do read labels. I usually know the calorie content of foods and understand that fat and carb counts. So after educating myself on all this diet stuff, I decided to make my life simpler and reflect on calories, but healthier calories. So here is goes, and please do note where you got this information since I am using a poor mans copyright (March 13, 2013).
What do you think about my idea to eat 100 calories per hour for 15 hours and then burn 300 calories 5 times a week?
I came up with this plan because I am a number person. Say I ate 300 calories for breakfast, then I need to go 3 hours before eating the next meal. I also need to try to earn fitness minutes and burn 300 calories 5 times a week.
Is this sustainable? If I eat healthy choices it makes great sense to give it a try,
