Need to get that improved and fast! I will make my goal of of 1000 miles this year, I know I will. If I was able to get over half of my goal accomplished last year, I have no doubt I'll be making it this year. Sorting out a major health problem that has plagued me for years has taken the most massive weight off of my mind, and soul. Five pounds melted off in the week after the proper diagnosis came in. My mind became more quiet and I decided to just reset my mindset not spend a moment in the past and move forward from here, concentrating on the real treatment.
Here comes the best part. The most major parts of my treatment are proper diet and exercise! I get protonix and any other medications needed to control the problem, repair the damage, and prevent further damage. I can't fix the hiatal hernia, I can only treat it and prevent it from damage. The yoga is going to be great for this, and reducing my weight and body fat % is going to be even better so this is a win win all around. It's a bonus to get a sexy, fit body as part of my treatment. A good diet, and a strong, fit, lean muscled body is a key to any health plan. I will be adding massage therapy to my regimen for stress reduction. Working out is so key to stress reduction. I'll pack up my gym bag again and spend some time in the sauna, it is great at the YMCA and a good treatment for digestive disorders. I feel so much better after sweating out a few cycles in the sauna. I like to do 3 cycles of 15 minutes, sitting up top where it's hot. I drink a liter of water during this and shower with nice cold water I have my water after the shower and I drink 8oz before starting my first sauna cycle. It's so purifying and refreshing to flush and replenish.
We're having a spell of nasty weekend weather right now. If it doesn't rain on me, I could bundle up and walk a few miles around the neighborhood later when the day is the warmest. I could sneak in a walk at 1pm today and make the most of the day. Walk the long Ridgeway walk, Bryant-North-Ridgeway-Mamarone
ck-home. That's a few good miles, I think almost 5. I have to check.
Have a great weekend, eat clean, do something good for yourself, burn some calories, stretch, lift some weights, sit up straight, drink more water, eat an orange.
