This week I finally tracked, most days. I was in range, most days. I really enjoyed spring break with exercise outside (hiking, yard work, walking) and inside the gym with two daytime yoga classes at the YMCA. This week I had a weight loss!
I enjoyed the first two weeks of the Winter to Spring Challenge, and knew I wasn't faithful with tracking. But, I added drinking water (our first challenge) and stretching (our second). This week I added tracking and more exercise and am enjoying the weight loss too!
This week my dd's and I went to a local museum, the Blanton in Austin. It was a great show. The weather has been lovely and we walked to a restaurant I had never tried or heard of. My oldest dd had a friend who's family went. It was thorough a tiny dark bar I hadn't been in since college, with a band playing, this is SXSW week (south by southwest festival) where 100's of bands play all over town. The restaurant was in the back and very very tasty. The girls and I shared Miren Sapporo Ramen bowl, brussel sprout salad, and pork buns. Tasty and an adventure!
