    Good run.
Your HR seems good for that pace (although everyone is definitely different).

My 5 mile run today I set my high HR alarm at 122 and the low HR alarm at 118. Walked when the high alarm went off; ran when the low HR went off. Average Pace for me was 15:25. I definitely need cardio endurance. My interval was probably close to run 15-20 seconds; walk 60-70 seconds.

I'm planning to take on the 10K distance tomorrow at the Y. I'll make a point to blog my times. Still don't have a 10K raced lined up yet, but looking for one in the late May / June time frame.
