A few healthy ideas..

I have been asked by some new member about eating and staying full...
first off we are all different I can share what works for me but we each need to find that sweet spot that works for you...

a few of my tips is I eat 6-7 times a day..mini meals. I am never too hungry or too full....
my menu is open for anyone to see what I eat

I also plan my meals, I also plan for some special treats....the treats change as the season change

I am also lucky that i can eat the same thing and be okay with that...I have been eating the same breakfast for several years...I love it and it keeps me going...

tips for those days when I know I am going to be hungry all day....
I cut up fruits and veggies that are in my meal plan, I eat a lot of them....
then I have them ready so when the munchie's hit I can reach for a few slices of red peppers, cantaloupe, cucumbers what ever.....I also have a positive talk with myself.....Self I say if you are truly hunger you can eat but it has to be this food....the fruits or veggies....this works for me...
Positive self talk is important to us all...giving some self support and encouragement might seem silly at first but keep doing it and see how it can change your life.....

I also keep in my car and purse almonds and pumpkin seeds , when I shop especially the mall, I can get hungry a few nuts keep me out of the food court....

planning ahead is the best tip of all...plan your food plan your exercise plan your life....

plan on success.....some day you need several plan
and if you have a off day .....we all do....just start back right that moment to making healthy choices...

life is too short to be angry with our selves.....
