Have faith in yourself.

Saturday, March 16, 2013

One of the things I'm super guilty of is putting limitations on myself because I "THINK" I cannot do something. I am finding that I am so much more capable than I give myself credit for & so are you!! We are our own worst critics, right?

emoticon emoticon Stop the negativity. Step out in boldness & try new things, try new workouts. If a friend asks you to try something new, try it (yoga, pilates, or whatever). You might find you like it.

The SparkPeople workout generator is AWESOME!! There are tons & tons of demos on how to do the exercises. Plus, it's FREE!! Don't let that amazing resource go to waste. Also, don't forget about the awesome workout videos on SparkPeople & on SparkPeople's youtube account. All FREE!! emoticon Free is good, right?

Learn as much as you can about yourself while on this journey. You won't regret it.

Don't let the negative type of fear get in your way:

Have faith in yourself. You CAN do this & so can I!!

Blessings to you!! emoticon emoticon

Was just giving myself a pep talk about this last night when I left the gym. I seem to have fallen into a slump of self doubt and settling into accepting that I've reached my capapbilities and that's so contrary to where I was a short while ago when I was discovering that I am so much more than I thought I was. Thanks for reminding and reinforcing that I am capable of so much more yet.
I am and so are you.
